CONGRESS DATE AND PLACE

3rd International and 13th Academic Geriatrics Congress will be held on 8-12 April 2020 in Calista Hotel and Congress Center, Antalya.

MEETING LANGUAGE

The language of the meeting is English and Turkish.

REGISTRATION TABLE

The registration desk will be open between the dates 8 – 12 April 2020, from 08:00 a.m. to 22:00 p.m.

BADGE

It is necessary for all participants and accompanying persons to wear badges at the entrance to the meeting center, during scientific sessions, in exhibition areas and in social programs in order for the meeting to be healthy and secure.

EXHIBITION SPACE

During the meeting, exhibitors will be able to exhibit their products in the area to be allocated to them at the meeting center. The exhibition area will be open to visitors during the meeting.

INVITATION LETTER

Participants who have completed the registration of the congress will be requested to submit their congress invitation letters to the institutions via the Organization Secretariat. Such invitation letters may only be used for permission.

CERTIFICATE OF PARTICIPATION

The certificate of participation will be given to all participants who register to the meeting as of 10 April 2020.

TRANSFER

Transfer fee is 95 € on both sides. Transfer requests must be submitted in writing to the congress organization secretariat at least 15 days before the transfer date.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

All cancellations must be reported to Serenas Tourism in writing.

If notified by February 14, 2020, all registration and accommodation fees will be refunded.

From 14 February to 2 March 2020, 50% of the registration and accommodation fees will be refunded.

For cancellations made after March 2, 2020, no refund will be made.
